Free Beginners Trial Session

First of all, thank you for taking action by booking a free trial. I can reassure you that you have made a great decision to try martial arts.
So, here's how this works.
Simply go to our calendar and select an appropriate timeslot to come along for a free trial. Please be aware of the age restrictions of some timeslots. I would not recommend an adult trialing in a Kids-Only class!
I have 2 types of trials: Private, and In-class
A lot of people prefer to do a Private Trial first up. This is where I can show you some beginner moves, explain how the classes work, some basic terminology, and get you ready for a class. This is done outside the confines of a class and is great for people who don't want the pressure of being in a class.
An In-Class Trial is for those who can't wait and want to jump in and have a go straight up. Maybe you have done martial arts before? Maybe you like to learn with others? While doing the class I will partner you up with an instructor, or one of our more experienced students to guide you along.
You are probably wondering what to wear, and what to bring along.
1. Clothes suitable to exercise in: Anything goes, as long as you can move freely. You will be learning to punch, block and kick.
2. Footwear: We do our martial arts in bare feet. Wear some shoes that are easy to slip in and out of.
3. Water: We have frequent drink breaks, so bring a bottle of water.
Also, there is nothing to pay right now. Once you do the free beginner's trial and decide to continue with one of our martial arts programs, I will explain the tuition fees and payment options.
