The Choi Kwang Do martial arts system is a very modern martial arts system that will stimulate you physically as well as mentally. Since 1978, the CKD system has been progressively developed with the knowledge of human physiology, kinesiology, neurophysiology, psychology, and biomechanics while combined with the latest research in sports training principles to create a very modern martial art system.
You will find yourself more focused and competitive in both your business life and personal life. You will perform better, feel better, and overall, be better. Our Teen & Adults Martial Arts program is for ages 13 & up. We also offer a Ladies Only class as well as family classes for ages 5 and up.
Due to the fluid movements of CKD, our martial art is suitable even for older people or those undergoing rehabilitation from injuries or surgery.
Our Martial Arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students have fun in a enjoyable, safe environment. Come and see a class for yourself - we all have a blast and our instructors do too.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your first class. One of our instructors will call you, or you may call the school directly.
We offer fortnightly billing on our memberships that can be started and stopped at any time, as well as savings on longer plans.
